Version 6 comes with a range of new features supporting the Onboarding process including Contracts and Letters support.
The modules allows a 100% paperless process allowing the Onboarding Manager to send all documentation including Forms, Government Forms, Policies, Contracts, Letters and a range of other documents to the New Hire (candidates, contractors, etc)
The system will allow the New Hire to process the documentation sent with a range of options as it was requested by the Onboarding Manager. This includes: Acknowledgment, Electronic and Digital Signature and others.
